History:

Since 1996 I VIRTUOSI DAL PIANETA TALENTO have been playing only music by the American composer/guitarist Frank Zappa.

They have taken part to the most important shows and concerts dedicated to the Musician (Tribute Album “Frank you thank! Published by Ed. Il Manifesto, “Zappa Day” at Sarteano with Bill Bruford, Zappa Days at Spoleto 2000, Zappa Day at Abbadia San Salvatore 2003 featuring Ike Willis and Napoleon Murphy Brock, opening concert at Arezzo Wave Festival in 2004 in the Zappa tribute day, 1st International Festival Zappateers at Ancona 2005, Zappanale Bad Doberan, etc…).

The Band plays the masterpieces of the 70s and the biggest hits of the 80s taking care to the performance and the arrangements .

One of VIRTUOSI’s best friend is Napoleon Murphy Brock (voice and tenor sax of Roxy and Elsewhere, One Size Fits All etc.).

VIRTUOSI featuring Napoleon have appeared in Arezzo Wave 2004, Zappa day 2005 in Abbadia S.S.and Zappanale 2007 in Bad Doberan.

Another guest , which is also a good friend, is the harmonica player Angelo Adamo (he played with Lee Brown, Jimmy Cobb, Amy Coleman etc).
